Jason and Alan are joined by DSO luminary Vin Cardillo of Maeva Dental Advisors! Vin has been an integral part of the growing trend of DSOs spreading throughout the United States and he understand the industry from top to bottom! We discuss the history of DSOs (and where Vin fits in there), changes and growth and perhaps more importantly what kind of dentist makes a good fit with the DSO model. You might be surprised to know that perhaps most dentists aren’t cut out to be leaders of this kind or organization and quite a few that get into it are really struggling. Vin gave us some amazing inside information and he’s a true resource for any dentist considering multiple practice ownership! His company has recently rebranded from Dental Management Innovations to Maeva Dental Advisors, so be sure to look at both links for the most up to date contact information!
