Dental operating microscope are a technology that is making its way into lots of dental offices. Once thought to be just for endodontists, more and more general dentists and other dental specialists are finding uses for them. Episode 140 features a Brain Trust segment featuring 3 microscope using general dentists (Dr. Matt Costa, Dr. Mac Jones and Alan) and a microscope using periodontist (Dr. Michael Zidile). They’re joined by Michael Lippe, who might just be the most knowledgeable person ever on dental microscopes!
